thank you for returning after many months of being unable to buy anything as the feature has been disabled. I have decided to build a better website for your experience and easy bundle options. I have chosen an Australian Website Company and paid them 4000 dollars for building a website and managed hosting. They had great references and good reviews and it looked like they were working on the website and improving it. However, it slowly turned into a nightmare!
They couldn’t connect shipping, and most links they built didn’t work. As time went on, they became rude, yelling at me and calling me names. In the end, they told me they were done. If you bought a car and it didn’t work, it was just bad luck. And the same applies to their website. The owner’s phone number was registered in Melbourne in the name of Imam Ali. They did have ABN, however, never gave me a proper invoice with ABN on it. And when I contacted Fair Trading Australia, they replied that they were unable to contact them as deleted their websites and probably started under a new name again.
Now this was a hard time for me even without all these problems. I just went through a depression and anxiety course by my Hashimoto thyroid. Then my rescue dog broke his knee which had to be fully rebuilt. And when he was getting better he had to go for 2nd surgery because he was allergic to a plate. Thank goodness for pet insurance! And a relative was in hospital. And I won’t bore you with the rest.
It is still a question of whether I will be able to get through this and recover but at least we are on the right path now.
Our products are solid and working extremely well. And now we have a great technician which is a must in any business.
We now have Derek Zar, owner of Opdee.com, who has secured our website and fixed all necessary links for the website to function.
And he will be improving our side in the future when we start to recover from this disaster. He also told me that the scammers brought a template for 60 dollars and then just used that to fill in everything. And create links that would clash with other links. And a lot more I don’t even understand. It was really bad.
